JAMMU, May 20 -- *Aryan Sharma, a talented student of Class 8 at Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua, made the school proud by securing the **third position* in the inter-school Hindi debate competition "Diksha", organized under the aegis of Sahodaya School Complex Jammu at Shemford Futuristic School, Veerpur, Jammu. The competition witnessed fierce participation from students representing 20 prestigious CBSE schools.
The topic of the debate was "Literacy: A Measure of Social Progress or Merely a Basis of Education" In his compelling argument, Aryan emphasized that literacy is a crucial foundation for societal progress, but without being integrated with quality education, vocational skills, and social awareness, it remains incomplete.
