JAMMU, Dec. 16 -- MLA Jammu West and senior BJP leader Arvind Gupta today inaugurated major road upgradation works under the NCAP by way of end-to-end pavement construction at key locations near Rehari, Sarwal Hospital and the Dental College.
The project, being executed at an estimated cost of Rs 24.87 lakh, aims to improve road infrastructure while addressing environmental and public convenience concerns.
Speaking on the occasion, Arvind Gupta said that the upgradation of roads with proper pavements is a crucial step towards improving air quality, road safety and overall urban aesthetics.
