Jammu, April 20 -- Former President J&K High Court Bar Association Jammu and senior advocate Mohinder Bhardwaj on Sunday said that the anti-Constitution face of the BJP is once again at its full display and it justifies Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi's fight to safeguard the Constitution which empowers and protects the rights of common citizens.
