MIZORAM, July 19 -- Amit Sharma, IAS, Secretary to the Government of Mizoram, Information & Communications Technology (ICT) and Cooperation Departments, has toured twin last mile strategic tribal districts of Mizoram, under the "Whole of Government Approach" which are also having three Autonomous District Councils, namely Mara (MADC), Lai (LADC) and Chakma (CADC) Councils.
