JAMMU, Jan. 21 -- Amit Sharma, IAS, Director Census Operations (DCO) & Director Citizen Registration (DCR), Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs for the UTs of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh yesterday inaugurated an all-important three days training programme at Jammu for officers of Directorate of Census Operations wherein they shall be given detailed training by two National Trainers, who are currently serving as Joint Director and Deputy Director here.
