All J&K POJK 1947 Sharnarthi Intellectual Forum in a meeting of its core committee members chaired by Adv. Amrik Singh president and attended by Surjeet Singh General Secretary Forum welcomed Ministry of Home Affairs decision in amending the J&K Immovable property act.
The Forum while expressing the great concern over ignoring the displaced persons of 1947 Migrants because the said DPS are also falls in same category their alloted land at Jammu province under SRO 254/C and 578/C are not vacated by unauthorised tenants/cultivators that union Govt. through MHA order on domicile law amended some it's clauses of earlier laws of Immovable property act 1997 sub section 2 of section 6 of earlier act pass by J...
