POONCH, Jan. 27 -- In a significant step toward strengthening rural infrastructure, Hon'ble MLA Poonch Haveli, Janab Ajaz Ahmed Jan, today laid the foundation stone for the construction of the Link Road at Arai under the District Capex (UT) Plan.
