Kud, June 16 -- Residents of Kud have collected money on their own to construct a link road that leads to Mal Road and Madda Road in Udhampur district.
This road falls in the constituency of Minister of State in Prime Minister's Office (PMO) Dr Jitendra Singh but residents claim that he too has "ignored" them.
Kud Resident Welfare Association has collected Rs 1 lakh to repair this government road that leads to the famous health resort of Patnitop and is just 1 kilometre away from the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.
