KUPWARA, July 12 -- A Public Park, constructed by the Tourism Department in Zangli area of Kupwara town here has been turned into a stray cattle's grazing field with people alleging that the concerned department was watching all that as mute spectator.
According to sources, the park is continuously being damaged by some miscreants who vandalize prized Deodar furniture of its huts, benches and iron railings to convert it into a free zone area for cattle.
Stray cattle that roam around freely and their litter have ruined Public Park's beauty, sources said.
