JAMMU, April 11 -- Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Jammu Ansuya Jamwal on Friday chaired a meeting with representatives of various NGOs, urging them to vigorously contribute towards promotion of 'Nasha Mukt Jammu Kashmir Abhiyan' launched by the Government.
Addressing the participants, the ADM highlighted the crucial role NGOs play in spreading awareness by reaching the public directly. She assured that the District Administration would provide resource persons to support the NGOs in conducting awareness campaigns in different localities.
ADM Jamwal stressed that while the administration continues to organise events across the district, NGOs should also take proactive steps to engage the public at the grassroots level. She encouraged...
