SRINAGAR, Feb. 28 -- Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Education, Shantmanu, visited the Amar Singh College.
The ACS was accompanied by Director Colleges, Professor Sheikh Ajaz Bashir.
Principal, Professor Aijaz Ahmad Hakak, presented a comprehensive presentation on the academic, administrative and developmental progress of the institution besides its future vision plan.
During his visit, Shantmanu had a detailed review of the college's academic performance, enrolment trends, gender parity, student-faculty ratio and infrastructural development. He also inspected the newly constructed state-of-the-art Science Block and the fully automated college library, equipped with RFID technology.
