Srinagar, Dec. 16 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Tuesday submitted a charge-sheet before the Special Anti-Corruption Court in Srinagar against a former Sarpanch from Ganderbal in a bribery trap case.
J&K Anti-Corruption Bureau presented Charge-sheet in case FIR No. 13/2023 under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 of Police Station ACB Srinagar Kashmir against accused public servant namely Mohammad Muzaffer Rather, then Sarpanch Manigam Ganderbal, in a bribery case before the Hon'ble Special Judge Anti-Corruption Court Srinagar.
