Anantnag, March 13 -- A KAS officer who is looking after one of the prestigious Tourism Development Authority in South Kashmir from last five six years continues to escape transfer by allegedly influencing some officials of General Administrative Department.
The officer, who was posted as Chief Executive Officer back in year 2015, has also allegedly made the Tourism Development Authority defunct as the officer virtually failed to contribute in making tourist destination under his jurisdiction attractive for visiting tourists. Sources told Early Times that the officer is famous for influencing the officers in civil secretariat.
