UDHAMPUR, April 8 -- A five-day Orientation/Refresher Course for officers and officials of the CID Wing of J&K Police commenced today at the Sher-i-Kashmir Police Academy (SKPA), Udhampur, with 25 personnel participating in the program.
The course was formally inaugurated by Shri Rajinder Kumar Gupta, IPS, SSP and Deputy Director (Indoor), SKPA, who welcomed the participants on behalf of the Director, SKPA. In his address, Shri Gupta emphasized that intelligence is the backbone of policing, playing a vital role in maintaining public order, law enforcement, and criminal investigation.
