Srinagar, Nov. 2 -- The Jammu and Kashmir government has approved the promotion of three Jammu & Kashmir Police (JKPS) officers to the grade of Superintendent of Police Selection Grade (II) [Level 12 (Rs 78,800-2,09,200) of the Pay Matrix], as per Government Order No. 525-Home of 2025 dated November 1, 2025.
An order issued by home Department, stated that as per official references including the minutes of Selection Committee-I held on July 3, 2025, and subsequent communications from CID, J&K, the following officers have been promoted, Mohammad Yousuf (JKPS: 2001) - Notionally w.e.f.
