Anantnag, April 2 -- Militants on Thursday evening shot dead a 28-year-old youth inLarkipora area of Fatehpora in south Kashmir's Anantnag district.
As per reports, a youth namely Mohammad Saleem Dar (28) son of Mohammad Abdullah Dar, a resident of Larkipora, Fatehpora was fired upon by the suspected militants this evening.
With critical bullet injuries, he was shifted to Government Medical College Anantnag, however doctors declared him 'brought dead.'
Soon after the incident, a joint team of police and army launched searches in the area.
Earlier, militants killed two civilians in Nandimarg area of Kulgam district last night.
