KATHUA, March 26 -- In a major push towards skill development and employment generation, Deputy Commissioner Dr. Rakesh Minhas on Wednesday handed over appointment letters to 25 beneficiaries of the SANKALP scheme. The event marked a significant step in equipping the local workforce with industry-relevant skills and job opportunities. The beneficiaries underwent specialized training in Autoconer Tenter and Ring Frame Doffer at Chenab Textile Mills, equipping them with industry-relevant expertise.
