KATHUA, March 26 -- In a major push towards skill development and employment generation, Deputy Commissioner Dr. Rakesh Minhas on Wednesday handed over appointment letters to 25 beneficiaries of the SANKALP scheme. The event marked a significant step in equipping the local workforce with industry-relevant skills and job opportunities.
