REASI, March 13 -- In a continuous drive against the drug peddling Ek Yudh Nashe Ke Virudh in District Reasi. Today a surprise Naka was laid at Nomain, Katra, Police party apprehended one person namely Malkeet Singh S/O Hari Singh R/O Ward No 03 Arli Road Katra and approx 3.50 grams of Heroin Like Substance was recovered from his possession. In this regard, a case FIR No. 66/2025 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS act has been registered at P/S Katra and further investigation has been started to unearth the backward and forward Linkage.
In another case, the Police party of P/S Katra apprehended one Rakesh Kumar S/O Bishan Dass R/O Village Shiba Nagrota Distt Jammu and during checking 5.50 grams of Heroin Like substance was recovered from his possession.
