1st Women Battalion organized awareness lecture on "Managing Stress on Duty"

JAMMU, Nov. 19 -- The 1st Women Battalion organized an awareness lecture on "Managing Stress on Duty, Practical Techniques for Police women" today on 19.11.2025 at its Battalion Headquarters, Channi Himmat, Jammu. The session was delivered by Dr. Shabela Wani, Head of the Department of Psychology, Government Women College, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. Dr.Wani was warmly welcomed by Commandant Shri R.C. Kotwal-JKPS, SSP, Dy. Commandant Vishal Manhas, SP alongwith other officers including Sh. Subash Chander (DySP), Ms. Anita Katel (DySP), Ms.Reena Bhau (DySP), Insp. Javed Akhter, Insp. Atul Rakhwal, besides all ranks of the Battalion.
