Jammu, Nov. 1 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson and former Vice Chairman Balbir Ram Rattan said that the strongest foundation for electoral victory is a powerful organization at the booth level. He stated that "Win the booth, win the election" is not just a slogan, but should serve as a guiding principle for every party worker.
Balbir Ram Rattan was speaking at a booth-level meeting held at Amb Gharota Mandal under the Nagrota Assembly Constituency.
