India, Oct. 17 -- Zinc prices declined by 0.39 per cent to ?287.45 per kilogram in futures trade on Friday, as speculators pared their positions amid weak demand in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), zinc contracts for November delivery fell by ?1.15 to ?287.45 per kg, with a trading volume of 1,269 lots.
Analysts said the fall in prices was largely driven by subdued demand from consuming industries in the physical market.
