India, Sept. 18 -- Zinc prices declined on Thursday as traders reduced positions amid muted demand in the spot market. On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), zinc futures for October delivery slipped Rs 1.35 or 0.48% to Rs 281.25 per kilogram in 1,739 lots.
Analysts said the fall was largely driven by lower demand from consuming industries, prompting participants to trim their exposure.
