India, Oct. 7 -- Zinc prices in the futures market rose slightly on Tuesday to Rs 293.50 per kilogram, supported by an increase in spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), November zinc contracts gained 5 paise, or 0.02%, to close at Rs 293.50 per kg with a turnover of 739 lots. Traders attributed the rise to position-building by participants following stronger demand from consuming industries.
