India, Sept. 11 -- Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle) has announced that it has entered into Addendum 1 to its existing Master Agreement with Blink Commerce Private Limited (Blinkit) on September 10, 2025.
This follows the earlier disclosure made by Zaggle on December 5, 2024, regarding its Master Agreement dated December 4, 2024, with Blinkit.
As per the latest update, Zaggle will provide Blinkit with additional features on its existing Zaggle Zoyer Platform under the Addendum. The disclosure has been made in line with the requirements of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI circular dated November 11, 2024.
