India, Nov. 25 -- Yatra Online Ltd, India's largest corporate travel services provider, has announced a major leadership restructuring to support its next phase of expansion.
Co-founder Dhruv Shringi, who has led the company as CEO since inception, has been elevated to Executive Chairman of the Board. In his new role, he will steer Yatra's long-term strategic direction with a focus on global growth, innovation, and enhanced shareholder value.
The company has appointed Siddhartha Gupta as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 25 November 2025. With over 25 years of experience in enterprise technology and B2B SaaS, Gupta has held senior roles at SAP, HP, and various high-growth technology ventures.
