India, Dec. 2 -- Wipro has completed its USD 375-million acquisition of HARMAN's Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) business unit after securing all necessary regulatory approvals, the company said in a release on Tuesday.
The acquisition, first announced on August 21, 2025, will see the DTS unit integrated into Wipro's global engineering business line.
Wipro said the deal marks a major milestone in strengthening its AI capabilities, engineering innovation, and R&D excellence.
