India, Oct. 9 -- Williamson Magor & Company Ltd has announced that the Arbitral Tribunal has issued its Final Award dated September 29, 2025, in arbitration proceedings conducted under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The case pertains to disputes arising from the company's borrowings under a Facility Agreement signed in 2017. The company received a courtesy copy of the Final Award on October 9, 2025, it said in a regulatory filing.
As per the Final Award, the claimants — Real Touch Finance Limited and IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited — are entitled to recover a total of ?508.96 crore jointly and severally from Williamson Magor & Company and other parties to the arbitration.
