India, March 26 -- We are pleased to announce that Welspun Michigan Engineers Limited (WMEL), formerly known as Welspun Michigan Engineers Private Limited and a material subsidiary of our company, in joint venture with Aaradhyaa & Co., a partnership firm, has been awarded a Work Order (WO) by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).
This project involves the upgradation of the Haji Ali Storm Water Pumping Station in the G/S Ward of Mumbai, Maharashtra, followed by 15 years of Operations & Maintenance (O&M). The total contract value, inclusive of GST and O&M, stands at Rs. 328.12 Crore. The upgradation is scheduled to be completed within 18 months starting from October 1, 2025, excluding the monsoon period.
