India, Dec. 30 -- Waaree Energies on Monday announced that its Chief Executive Officer, Amit Paithankar, has resigned from the company.
In an exchange filing, the company said its board has accepted Paithankar's resignation and approved the appointment of Jignesh Rathod as the next CEO.
The board noted that Paithankar, who also serves as Whole-Time Director, has stepped down to pursue opportunities outside the organisation. His resignation will take effect from May 15, 2026, or an earlier date as may be mutually agreed.
