India, April 22 -- Visaka Industries Ltd said in a filing to BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on May 03, 2019, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter / year ended March 31, 2019.
The board will consider recommending dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31,2019 subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The trading window of the company which is closed effective from April 03, 2019 shall remain closed till May 05, 2019 i.e., elapse of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
