India, Dec. 16 -- Vibhor Steel Tubes Limited has received a domestic order from YNM Pan Global Trade Private Limited for the supply of metal crash barriers, the company said in a regulatory disclosure.
The order involves the supply of Metal Crash Barrier W Beam (Vibhor Steel make) as per Purchase Order YNM/PO-348 dated December 15, 2025. The contract value is approximately Rs 7.43 crore.
The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve any promoter or promoter group interest. The company also clarified that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
