India, Feb. 3 -- Varroc Engineering Limited, a leading global Tier-1 automotive supplier, has won a major contract from a leading global electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer for the supply of AC bi-directional wall chargers for electric vehicles.
Under the agreement, Varroc will manufacture Energy Star-compliant AC bi-directional chargers designed for high stability, enhanced safety, and seamless charging performance. Production will take place at the company's facility in Romania to ensure consistent quality and timely global deliveries.
The program will run for six years, with peak annual capacity aligned to projected demand. At peak, the estimated annual business value is Rs 4,391 million (around USD 48 million).
