India, Nov. 20 -- Varroc Engineering Ltd announced that it has fully redeemed its commercial papers worth rs 50 crore in compliance with SEBI's operational circular governing non-convertible securities and commercial paper issuance.
The commercial papers, issued under ISIN INE665L14426 on August 22, 2025, to Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, reached their maturity on November 20, 2025. The company confirmed that the redemption payment was made in full on the same date, with payment reference ICICR52025112000531849.
