India, March 17 -- Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd has secured a significant order worth Rs 726 crore from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO) for the supply of auto transformers and bus reactors.
The order, inclusive of GST, is expected to be executed within 18 months from the issuance of the Letter of Intent (LOI).
The company has clarified that the promoter group and related entities have no interest in the awarding entities, and the order falls under the normal course of business, not qualifying as a related-party transaction.
