India, April 24 -- Transformers & Rectifiers (India) Ltd. on Tuesday, 08 April 2025, has announced Final dividend of 20 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 09 May 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 09 May 2025.
The last five dividends are 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 10 May 2024), 15% Final dividend (Ex Date : 28 July 2023), 15% Final dividend (Ex Date : 28 July 2022), 10% Final dividend (Ex Date : 02 September 2021) and 7.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 04 September 2014).
