India, Sept. 11 -- Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Communications, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Punjab National Bank (PNB) to strengthen the bank's IT infrastructure and accelerate its digital transformation journey. The agreement was signed on September 3, 2025, at TCIL's headquarters in New Delhi in the presence of senior officials from both organisations, including TCIL CMD Sanjeev Kumar and PNB General Manager Manish Agrawal.
