Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Tata Technologies company are Tata Motors Limited (renamed as Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd (TMPVL) w.e.f. October 13, 2025) (2165.70 lakhs shares / 53.38%) and Tata Motors Finance Limited (Since merged with Tata Capital Limited vide Scheme of Arrangement w.e.f (74.55 lakhs shares / 1.84%).
