Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Tata Technologies company are Tata Motors Limited (2165.70 lakhs shares / 53.39%) and Tata Motors Finance Limited (Since merged with Tata Capital Limited vide Scheme of Arrangement w.e.f (74.55 lakhs shares / 1.84%).
