India, April 15 -- TANFAC Industries Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a large multinational company for the supply of its key fluorinated product.
Under the agreement, TANFAC will supply 5,000 metric tonnes per annum over a period of five years, starting January 1, 2027. The total estimated value of the contract stands at around Rs 1,250 crore (excluding GST).
The supplies will cater to both domestic and export markets. The company also clarified that the agreement does not involve any related party transactions and that its promoter group has no interest in the deal.
