India, Jan. 21 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.57 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 34.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 55.26 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.74 per cent at Rs 173.30 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 178.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.29 per cent to Rs 147.42 crore from Rs 127.87 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 28.57 per cent at Rs 0.27 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.21 crore).
