India, Nov. 14 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.20 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 61.17 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 28.77 per cent at Rs 40.88 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 57.39 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 26.18 per cent to Rs 39.03 crore from Rs 52.87 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 1.79 per cent at Rs 1.14 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.12 crore).
