India, July 25 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.72 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 2.62 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.26 per cent at Rs 14.95 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.10 per cent to Rs 10.59 crore from Rs 11.65 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 23.46 per cent at Rs 1.00 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.81 crore).
