India, Oct. 7 -- Snowman Logistics, India's leading integrated temperature-controlled logistics provider, has announced the start of construction for a new temperature-controlled warehouse in Pune. The facility is being developed under a Built-to-Suit (BTS) model by Whitecastle Infra, a reputed regional developer.
Currently operating 16,000 pallets in Pune, Snowman aims to meet the rising demand for high-quality cold chain solutions with the addition of 5,900 pallets at the new site, which is expected to be operational by June 2026.
The warehouse will cater to industries such as ice cream, chocolates, dairy products, QSR chains, coffee brands, meat, poultry, seafood, pharmaceuticals, and other temperature-sensitive goods.
