India, Aug. 19 -- Smartlink Holdings Limited said in a filing to BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 28th day of August, 2019 at Mumbai to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019.
The company said that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company's Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from 01st July, 2019 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public.
