India, Dec. 26 -- Sharika Enterprises Ltd has received a purchase order worth Rs 35,73,570 from B Fouress Private Limited for the supply of switchgear panels, the company said in a regulatory filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is scheduled to be executed on or before March 10, 2026. The company clarified that neither the promoter nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
