India, May 15 -- Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE), in collaboration with KREEVA and ASK Property Fund, launched a luxury residential project in Gurugram on Thursday, aiming for revenue of Rs 1,400 crore.
The project stems from a joint venture formed in October last year between SPRE and Kreeva, the real estate arm of the Kanodia Group, to develop a premium housing development on a 1.75-acre plot in Sector 46, Gurugram.
Named The Dualis, the newly launched project features 198 units and is part of SPRE's broader strategy to tap into the growing demand for high-end housing in major urban centers.
