India, Dec. 12 -- Shakti Pumps (India) Ltd has received a work order from the Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited for the supply, installation, and commissioning of 2,033 stand-alone Off-Grid DC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems (SPWPS) under Component-B of the PM-KUSUM scheme.
The order, valued at Rs 71.25 crore (inclusive of GST), is to be fully executed within 120 days and involves end-to-end tasks including design, manufacturing, supply, transport, installation, testing, and commissioning.
The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity, and Shakti Pumps confirmed that neither the promoter group nor related parties have any interest in the awarding authority. The order does not fall under related-party transactions.
