India, July 21 -- Schneider Electric Infrastructure Ltd (SEIL) announced on Monday that Suparna Banerjee Bhattacharya, the company's Chief Financial Officer, has resigned from her position.
According to a regulatory filing, Bhattacharya stepped down on July 21, 2025, to explore career opportunities outside the organisation.
As a result, she will also cease to hold the roles of Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and Senior Management Official of the company.
