India, Aug. 19 -- Sanghi Industries Limited said in a filing to BSE that the Thirty Second Annual General Meeting of the Members of M/s. Sanghi Industries Limited will be held on Saturday, the 14th day of September, 2019 at 10.00 a.m. at its Registered Office at Sanghinagar P.O., Hayatnagar Mandal, R. R. District, Telangana - 501 511 to receive, consider and adopt financial statements of the Company including Audited Balance Sheet as at 31st March, 2019 and Statement of Profit and Loss and Cash Flow for the year ended on that date together with the Directors' Report and also the Auditors' Report thereon.
To appoint a Director in place of Bina Engineer, who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers herself for re-appointment.
