India, Jan. 28 -- S&P Global Ratings on Wednesday upgraded the ratings of Biocon Biologics, assigning a stable outlook.
The ratings agency cited a reduction in the company's outstanding structured debt liabilities as a key reason for the upgrade.
The move follows Biocon Biologics' efforts to simplify its capital structure, which have strengthened its financial profile, S&P Global said.
